Evergreen Environmental Partners is Hiring a Maintenance Administrator Near Attalla, AL
- Looking for a full time Maintenance Administrator for our Attalla, AL location.
- Monday - Friday 6:00am - 4:00pm
Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day administrative activities, including recording financial transactions through a digital PO system, entering PO information in fleet tracking software, and making data entries with accuracy and efficiency.
- Reconcile specific software programs to financial records.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual maintenance and fleet reports to present to the Corporate Maintenance Manager and Executive Management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data, fleet data including repairs, fuels, etc. and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing needed analytical reports to upper management to guide decisions regarding the fleet.
- Support the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and the reconciliation to the PO and fleet tracking software.
- Conduct periodic audits to identify and resolve discrepancies or irregularities.
- Maintain detailed records for project management.
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent education required.
- Previous experience/education in data entry or administrative duties is preferred.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues at all levels.
